Mary LaFrancois, SPHR, joined CHRISTUS Spohn Health System in October 2005. Ms. LaFrancois leads the Human Resources department where she is responsible for overall recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and recognition functions. She brings 20 years of experience across diverse industries, a wealth of HR experience and strong corporate and professional affiliation leadership experience. Ms. LaFrancois is recognized in her profession for establishing value-driven compensation and benefits to strengthen an organization, leading teams to deliver outstanding accomplishments, and working diligently to balance needs of employees and organization.
Ms. LaFrancois, her husband Ron, and daughter Rachael relocated to Corpus Christi from Wisconsin where they were born and raised.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Edgewood College, a Catholic college in Madison, Wisconsin, and completed her Master’s degree on-line through Capella University in Organization and Management (Human Resources).
