CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Alice
Just west of Corpus Christi is the newest facility in the health care system—CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Alice. Opened in 1999, this 148-bed hospital serves the health care needs of the residents of Alice and the surrounding Jim Wells, Duval, Jim Hogg, Live Oak and Brooks counties.
CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Alice offers complete medical and surgical services including pediatrics, obstetrics, skilled nursing, emergency and intensive care, as well as cardiac and comprehensive diagnostic services.
The hospital’s second campus-CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Alice—Laviana Plaza houses complete outpatient radiology and laboratory services as well as an inpatient geropsychiatric unit.
