If you have a Question about how you're insurance company will process charges for a service or procedure, please contact your insurance company or review your benefits handbook. For questions about CHRISTUS Spohn billing, requesting an Itemize bill, or need the balance of your account, call the Patient Financial Services Department (Business Office) at (361) 881-3766 or 800-801-4875.
